United States Fourth Circuit
International Brotherhood of Teamsters v. Airgas, Inc., 171349
Dismissing as moot a case in which a gas production company sought to vacate a district court's preliminary injunction preventing the company from moving while in mandatory arbitration with the Teamster's Union over the move, which would take the company into nonunion facilities, which the Teamsters said was in violation of their collective bargaining agreement because during the pending of the appeal the arbitrator had issued a final decision in favor of the Union and the preliminary injunction had expired by its own terms.
