United States Fourth Circuit
Janvey v. Romero, 171197
Affirming the bankruptcy court's decision denying a motion to dismiss a bankruptcy action brought by a man who had been held liable for more than a million dollars as part of a multibillion dollar Ponzi scheme because the court did not abuse its discretion in finding that the decision to file for bankruptcy did not rise to the level of bad faith.
