Affirming the district court's entry of summary judgment for the defendant watercraft company in the injury suit arising from a woman's serious internal injuries following a personal watercraft accident and the subsequent denial of a motion to reconsider because warnings found on-craft and in the operator's manual of WaveRunners in a case where the injured party wore none of the recommended protective gear, had consumed alcohol, neglected to read any warnings, was one of four people riding the craft, which was driven by a ten-year-old because her expert's statements were speculative and the warnings provided were accurate.
