Carter v. Fleming, 176461

Reversing and remanding a district court grant of summary judgment against a man who brought a pro se action alleging violation of his First Amendment and Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act suit relating to his former prison's failure to accommodate his religious dietary restrictions as a member of the Nation of Islam because the prison failed to establish its institutional needs and the burdens that would create an entitlement to summary judgment.
