US v. Sterling, 154297

In a case involving the conviction of a former CIA agent for charges relating to the unauthorized disclosure of classified information, the defendant appealed on the basis of improper jury instructions regarding venue and improperly admitted evidence. The court held that the government failed to prove proper venue for one of the offenses, but that the jury instruction error was not reversible. One conviction was vacated and the others were affirmed.
