United States Fourth Circuit
US v. Mack, 15-4684
Sentence for guilty plea to possession of a stolen firearm knowing that it was stolen, 18 U.S.C. sections 922(j) and 924(a)(2), is affirmed where, under the Supreme Court's decision in Beckles v. US, 137 S. Ct. 886 (2017), which held that the Sentencing Guidelines are not subject to vagueness challenges under the Due Process Clause, U.S.S.G. section 4B1.2(a)(2)'s residual clause is not void for vagueness.
