United States Fourth Circuit
US v. Hill, 15-4639
Conviction by guilty plea to to being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 922(g)(1), is affirmed over defendant's claim of a Fourth Amendment violation where the district court did not err in denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence of statements he made during a traffic stop and of a firearm that was seized during the stop, because the traffic stop did not exceed the time reasonably required to complete the tasks incident to the mission of the stop.
