US v. Douglas, 16-4615

Sentence for conviction for guilty plea to failure to register as a sex offender under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA), in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 2250(a), is affirmed where the district court acted well within its broad discretion to impose the special condition of supervised release that defendant undergo a sex-offender evaluation.
