Public Integrity Alliance, Inc. v. City of Tucson, 15-16142

In an election law action, the en banc court affirmed the district court's judgment for defendant city and held that Tucson's system for electing its city council, using a ward-based primary and at-large general election, does not violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
