Dismissal of an indictment for illegal reentry by a deported alien in violation of 8 U.S.C. sections 1326(a) and (b)(2), is reversed where even if DHS had provided Lopez-Collazo a Spanish-language translation of the removal charges and his right to contest them, it would not have made a difference, and defendant still would have been removed to Mexico.
