Jones v. Chandrasuwan, 15-1110

In an action brought by a plaintiff who was arrested for allegedly violating the conditions of his probation, claiming violation of his Fourth Amendment rights under 42 U.S.C. section 1983, the District Court's grant of summary judgment to defendants on qualified immunity grounds is affirmed where, although the district court's discussion at step one of the qualified immunity analysis is flawed, the right at issue was not clearly established at the time plaintiff was arrested.
