Sentence for conviction by guilty plea to aiding and abetting the theft of a firearm is reversed where the government, although acting in good faith, breached the plea agreement by stating that a sentence enhancement did apply, when the government agreed to advise the district court at sentencing that the 4-level enhancement under U.S.S.G. section 2K2.1(b)(6)(B) did not apply.
