US v. McNeal, 14-4871
Convictions for armed bank robberies and related offenses are affirmed where: 1) there was sufficient eyewitness testimony to convict defendants of brandishing firearms during crimes of violence; and 2) a bank robbery under 18 U.S.C. section 2113 is a 'crime of violence' for the purposes of 18 U.S.C. section 924(c)(3)'s brandishing offense.
