Pac Tell Group, Inc. v. NLRB, 15-1111
In a labor action challenging the NLRB's conclusion that four employees were not supervisors within the meaning of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. section 152(11), for the purposes of voting in an election on unionization at a South Carolina recycling plant, the NLRB's decision is affirmed where its decision was supported by substantial evidence and the four employees did not engage in objectionable conduct sufficient to set aside the election's results.
