Stop Reckless Economic Instability Caused by Democrats v. FEC, 15-1455
In an action challenging the constitutionality of certain contribution limits established by the Federal Elections Campaign Act of 1971, the district court’s grant of summary judgment to defendant is vacated where two of plaintiffs claims became moot before the district court granted summary judgment on those counts.
