In a product liability action involving injuries sustained after using defendant C.R. Bard's transvaginal mesh medical devices, the district court's judgment entering a $2 million jury verdict for plaintiff is affirmed where: 1) the district court's evidentiary and trial rulings were not in error; and 2) Georgia's split-recover statute for punitive damages does not violate the Takings Clause.
