In a debt collection action arising from a car loan, the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendant is: 1) affirmed as to plaintiff's claim under the Maryland Credit Grantor Closed End Credit Provisions, Md. Code Ann., Com. Law section 12-1001 et seq; 2) affirmed as to plaintiff's breach of contract claim; but 3) reversed as to plaintiff's claim under the Maryland Consumer Debt Collection Act, Md. Code Ann., Com. Law section 14-201, where a reasonable jury could conclude that plaintiff is entitled to relief.
