US v. Schnittker, 14-4905

Conviction for receipt of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 2252(a)(2) is affirmed where defendant's plea to possession of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 2252(a)(4) did not bar prosecution under the Double Jeopardy Clause for receipt where the offenses were premised on child pornography located on two different hard drives and constituted multiple punishments for multiple offenses.
