Conviction for knowingly inducing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction, in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 2251(a), is reversed where there was insufficient evidence that defendant induced the victim into sexual activity with the specific intent to take a picture.
