US v. Andrews, 14-4422

Sentence for robbing a pizza store is affirmed where the district court's imposition of an obstruction of justice sentencing enhancement under U.S.S.G. section 3C1.1, after defendant knowingly permitted two witnesses to falsely testify as to an alibi defense, was not clear error based on the overwhelming evidence placing defendant at the scene of the crime.
