Jehova v. Clarke, 13-7529

In a prisoner's civil rights action alleging violations of his free exercise rights under the First Amendment and the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) by prohibiting him from consuming wine during communion, requiring him to work on Sabbath days, and assigning him non-Christian cellmates, the district court's grant of summary judgment dismissing the action is reversed and remanded for further proceedings where plaintiff has raised sufficient prima fascie supporting his claims.
