In an architectural copyright infringement action, alleging that the design, development, ownership and construction of an apartment building in Virginia infringed plaintiff's architectural copyright embodied in a condominium building in Minnesota, the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendants is affirmed where no reasonable jury could find that the two designs are substantially similar.
