US v. Padgett, 14-4625

In consolidated cases, two concurrent terms of supervised release and sentence to consecutive terms of imprisonment, followed by new concurrent terms of supervised release, are affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in finding that he possessed a firearm or in its imposition of a "plainly unreasonable revocation sentence."
