Hudson v. Pittsylvania County, Virginia, 13-2160

In this case, the district court ruled in favor of plaintiff on her Establishment Clause claims and awarded her attorney's fees. Plaintiff's motion to dismiss defendant's appeal of the district court's order concerning her Establishment Clause claims is granted, and the order awarding attorney's fees is affirmed, where: 1) defendant's appeal is untimely; and 2) defendant failed to show that the district court abused its discretion in awarding attorney's fees or in refusing to make a downward adjustment to the lodestar calculation.
