Conviction and life-plus-60-months sentence of defendant for one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance, phencyclidine (PCP), nine counts of distribution of PCP, and one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense is affirmed as to the convictions but vacated and remanded as to the sentence, where, on the whole record, the life-plus-60-months sentence does not reasonably reflect the seriousness of the offense, and is "greater than necessary" to achieve the purposes of individual and general deterrence, incapacitation, and just punishment pursuant to 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a)(2).
