Judgment sentencing defendant to a mandatory minimum term of 20 months' imprisonment for violating the conditions of his supervised release is affirmed, where: 1) the district court correctly applied the former version of 18 U.S.C. Section 3583(g) over the amended version, because that version of the statute was in effect when defendant committed the underlying offenses for which he was originally convicted; and 2) Alleyne v. US does not apply in the context of supervised release revocation proceedings.
