Regis v. Holder, 13-1988
Petition for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) decision agreeing with the denial of petitioner's application for US citizenship because he had turned 21 before he entered the United States on a K-2 visa and was therefore not a qualifying "minor child" under 8 U.S.C. section 1255(d) is denied, where the BIA's interpretation of the relevant statutory provisions is entitled to deference.
