US v. McLaurin, 134138.P

Conviction and sentencing of defendants McLaurin and Lowery for various conspiracy and firearms charges is: 1) affirmed as to their convictions, where there was no reversible trial error; and 2) vacated and remanded as to the sentence of defendant McLaurin, where the government conceded that there was plain error in the calculation of McLaurin's criminal history that increased his advisory sentencing range.
