Defendants' convictions of three counts of fraud related to his receipt of Social Security and healthcare benefits are affirmed, where: 1) the indictment was sufficient to apprise defendant of the charges against him and identify the essential elements of the crimes charged; 2) the indictment charged the requisite intent; 3) the district court did not err in denying defendant's motion to dismiss the indictment as time barred under the statute of limitations; and 4) there was sufficient evidence to support defendant's healthcare fraud conviction.
