Calderon v. GEICO General Insurance Co., 13-2096
Defendants' appeal from the district court's order granting partial summary judgment against them on the issue of liability in an action asserting denial of overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and plaintiffs' cross-appeal from an order granting partial summary judgment against them on several issues relating to the remedy to be awarded, are both dismissed, where the appeals are interlocutory, and therefore this Court lacks jurisdiction to consider them.
