United States Fourth Circuit

US v. Grant, 13-4302

Following defendant's conviction for being a felon in possession of ammunition, the district court's classification of defendant as an armed career criminal, and calculation of his sentence on that basis is affirmed, where the district court did not err in using defendant's two general court-martial convictions for violent crimes to classify defendant as an armed career criminal.
