Home Buyers Warranty Corporation v. Hanna, 13-1834

In response to a state court action alleging various construction defects by a homeowner against multiple defendants, including petitioners here who issued a warranty on the home, petitioners' petition to compel the homeowner to arbitrate her claims against them based on an arbitration clause in the warranty is remanded to the district court with directions to dismiss it for want of subject matter jurisdiction, where joinder of necessary and indispensable parties would extinguish the power of the court to hear the case.
