US v. Umana, 106

Defendant's convictions and capital sentence for murder and related charges are affirmed, where: 1) defendant's multiple claims of error in the guilt and penalty phases all fail; 2) defendant had a fair trial; and 2) the death penalty was justified by the jury's factual findings and by law and was not imposed under the improper influence of passion, prejudice, or any other arbitrary factor.
