In an appeal by debtor challenging the bankruptcy court's finding constructively fraudulent her real estate transfer to a company owned by her husband, the district court's judgment affirming the decision is reversed in part and remanded for further proceedings, where because the district court found a resulting trust to exist, it did not reach other issues presented to it.
