US v. Galloway, 12-4545

Conviction of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute one kilogram or more of heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. sections 846 and 841(a)(1), is affirmed where the district court did not err in: 1) dismissing defendant's claim of ineffective assistance of counsel; 2) depriving him of meaningful access to discovery while he prepared his pro se defense; 3) denying defendant's motion to exclude evidence obtained through wiretaps; and 4) admitting certain testimony of officers as experts.
