Following defendant's certification as a "sexually dangerous person" under the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act, and subsequent determination that the government had not proven that charge, the district court's denial of defendant's motion to terminate the term of supervised release that had been imposed in conjunction with his term of imprisonment is affirmed, where a defendant's term of supervised release does not commence while he remains in federal custody pending the resolution of his status under the Adam Walsh Act.
