United States Fourth Circuit
US v. Cox, 13-4066
The sentence imposed on defendant, following his conviction for possessing child pornography, with an enhancement for causing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of that conduct is affirmed, where: 1) the evidence was sufficient to support the enhancement; and 2) the district court did not err in its sentencing calculations.
