US v. Bishop, 13-4356
Defendant's conviction under the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) for attempting to export small-arms ammunition to Jordan without a license is affirmed, where: 1) willfulness under the AECA requires only general knowledge of illegality; and 2) there was sufficient evidence to support the district court’s conclusion that defendant willfully violated the AECA.
