US v. Williams, 12-4374

Defendant's conviction of a firearm offense is affirmed, where: 1) the evidence discovered during the traffic stop was properly admitted; 2) although the traffic offense for which defendant was cited did not apply to the road on which defendant had stopped his car, another closely related traffic law barred the conduct for which defendant was cited; and 3) the district court did not err in excluding the evidence of previous police misconduct allegations against the arresting police officers.
