United States Fourth Circuit

US v. Wood, 12-7653

Defendant's commitment after a finding that he was a "sexually dangerous person" under the Adam Walsh Act is affirmed, where: 1) there was no due process violation in this case; and 2) the district court did not err in admitting into evidence reports of defendant's prior arrests and a 2005 Iowa Department of Human Services Child Protective Assessment Report, which would have been cumulative in any event.
