Judgment dismissing plaintiff's federal and state Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) claims alleging defendant required her to serve as her husband's guarantor, and her claims for unjust enrichment and a declaratory judgment, is affirmed, where the plaintiff waived her claims by signing four loan restructuring agreements that contained waivers of all claims.
