Summary judgment for defendants in a copyright infringement action in which plaintiff alleged that defendants violated his copyright by playing a variant of plaintiff's copyrighted music during defendant Mayweather's entrance at defendants' two World Wrestling Entertainment events, is affirmed, where plaintiff failed to demonstrate that he was entitled to actual or profit damages under 17 U.S.C. section 504(a).
