The district court's ruling that defendant was a "sexually dangerous person" under the Adam Walsh Act is affirmed, where: 1) in view of the evidence, it was reasonable for the district court to find by clear and convincing evidence that defendant's pedophilia would cause him to have serious difficulty refraining from acts of child molestation; 2) the district court did not err in finding that the government had proven by clear and convincing evidence that defendant is a sexually dangerous person under the Act; and 3) defendant's remaining constitutional and evidentiary arguments fail.
