United States Fourth Circuit
Chamber of Commerce v. NLRB, 12-1757
In promulgating a rule that would require employers subject to the National Labor Relations Act (Act), to post an official National Labor Relations Board notice informing employees of their rights under the Act, the Board exceeded its authority, and therefore the district court correctly concluded that the Act does not provide the Board with the power to enact such a rule.
