Defendant's convictions for various firearm and drug crimes are affirmed, where: 1) the Speedy Trial Act precludes dismissal of an untimely indictment when a defendant fails to move for dismissal prior to trial; and 2) although the district judge's comments to the jury in revealing details of defendant's criminal history before the jury was polled were erroneous, the error did not affect defendant's substantial rights and does not warrant reversal.
