Conviction of conspiracy to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine is affirmed, where: 1) the district court's findings regarding what wiretap recordings were played at trial were amply supported by the evidence presented at the hearing and enabled defendant to perfect his appeal, so it is unnecessary to address whether the Court Reporter Act was violated; 2) the district court's admission of the wiretap statements under the co-conspirator exclusion was neither erroneous nor an abuse of discretion; and 3) defendant's challenge to his life sentence fails.
