District court's judgment of conviction of criminal solicitation to commit a felony predicated on Virginia's anti-sodomy statute is vacated and remanded for an award of habeas corpus relief on the ground that the anti-sodomy provision facially violates the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
