Summary judgment for defendant in copyright infringement suit related to home designs is affirmed, where: 1) plaintiff has not marshaled sufficient evidence to support a finding that there exists a reasonable possibility that defendants had access to its copyrighted plans; and accordingly, 2) plaintiff lacks the evidence necessary to sustain its claims of copyright infringement.
