Conviction of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon is reversed and vacated, where: 1) considering the totality of the following circumstances of this case, defendant was seized at the point when the officer pinned defendant's ID to his uniform, while another officer frisked the men in the group; 2) the totality of the circumstances fails to support the conclusion that the officer had reasonable suspicion to detain defendant, as required by Terry v. Ohio; and therefore 3) the district court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence of the firearm.
