In appeal of conviction and sentence for several crimes relating to an investment scheme that resulted in nearly $100 million dollars in losses for investors, judgment is affirmed, where: 1) the district court did not err in altering the superseding indictment, since the charges were narrowed rather than broadened, defendant' constitutional rights were not abridged; and 2) defendant's sentence was not procedurally or substantively unreasonable.
